Meet the Professionals

The Red Beauty Salon specializes in cuts and color. Owned and operated by Sarah Hayek, whose credentials include working for a large corporate beauty company as an educator and field manager. She has performed on stage and has been featured in Show Me St Louis.  Her passion is working behind the chair giving her clients the outcome they dream of! Hollywood expertise at this boutique and salon in New Melle, MO, which is located west of the St. Louis metro area.

After ending her career in the corporate world Jen decided to pursue her passion for hair. Jen has

been in the industry now for almost 10 years and has not looked back. She recently received certification in hair extensions and is excited to be able to add this to her list of services.

“When I’m not behind the chair you can find me hanging out with my family.  I have two sons that together my husband and I have raised in our hometown of New Melle!  I’ve also been a fitness instructor for 14yrs and most recently completed my first NPC Competition.  I can’t wait for you to sit in my chair and experience a small town vibe with upscale service!”

Maddie graduated cosmetology school from Current Trends in O'Fallon, MO.  She grew up in Foristell and graduated from Timberland High School in 2022. Maddie loves helping people feel beautiful and  achieve the hair of their dreams.  When Maddie is not behind the chair she loves spending time with her family, friends, & her dogs!
